Time For Quiet, Relaxation and Restoration


Our half-day online retreat at home is an opportunity for you to calm your nervous system and your mind and take some deep rest. We will be using restorative practices so that you can leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. You get to carve out a few hours of peace and quiet away from the busyness of life.

​This retreat is specifically designed for women who:
     - may struggle with putting themselves first;
     - want to be wisely selfish and learn to fill their cups before giving to others;
     - learn to take time out from the challenges of everyday life; and
     - begin to really comprehend and experience the difference it makes in your life when you make time for yourself.

Those in the Private Membership do not need to register because this is part of your membership. You will receive an email with all the details.

What to Expect

We will be doing a combination of any of the following:
     - Relaxation Techniques
     - Guided Meditations
     - Self-Reflective Exercise
     - Yoga Nidra     
     - Mindful Breathwork

Non-Members: We would love to have you join us on this retreat. The non-member contribution is $120, or you can join the Private Membership now for $108 per month.
