My Mission: To eliminate all UNnecessary trauma from the world through education and training in Trauma Informed Care and Practice.
I love my family and friends
I rescue animals and give them a home where they're loved & safe.

Where they can learn to trust again after their experience
of trauma.
I'm a Gestalt Psychotherapist as well as a Family Constellation (Systemic) Facilitator. These are the two main methodologies that I use in my work as a Trauma & Transgenerational Therapist and Female Entrepreneur's Mentor.

All the studies I have completed over the years allow me to have a multi faceted approach when working with my clients. As you can see from my qualifications listed out below, I have a broad range of interests which give me an holistic view of the world and the people in it.

An area that is often not acknowledged in our society is our generational patterns and traumas. These can cause an enormous amount of suffering for people and they usually don't understand how generational patterns can impact their life or business. I love this work because it gives such powerful insights to those who explore this part of themselves. I use it myself all the time!

I have studied meditation as a Buddhist practitioner which supports my work with clients. My studies have also led me to the field of death and dying. I've been part of Karuna Hospice since 2007 as a Family Support Volunteer. I love supporting people to have the difficult conversations around death and dying.

I am a thought provoking speaker and facilitator. Nothing delights me more than see the participants getting their 'AHA' moments.

All too often our systems (health, education and justice) inadvertently traumatise or re-traumatise those they are there to serve. I believe that through education on Trauma Informed Care and Practice this can be changed. And as a result of this training those working in the systems and those who are being served by the systems will feel more satisfaction with the service.

Through my personal learning and inner work, I have developed my own uniqueness in blending the multiple modalities that I've studied and my lived experiences to facilitate growth in those who work with me.
"I believe that unresolved collective and cultural trauma is responsible for the current state of our society." Linda Conyard
I continually seek to expand my learning in areas that support trauma recovery and return to wholeness.

About my business
My business is based on Buddhist philosophy and I work with people of any faith or none. This is important because I am of the belief that Spirituality is an often overlooked, yet an essentially important aspect to consider when working with people from an holistic perspective. That doesn't mean you have to have a belief or religion.
The definition that I like to use for Spirituality is:

"Spirituality is the aspect of humanity that refers to the way individuals seek and express meaning and purpose and the way they experience their connectedness to the moment, to the self, to others, to nature and to the significant or sacred" (International consensus conference - Puchalski, Vitillo, Hull & Reller, Vol 17, No. 6, 2014).

A variety of workshops and programs are available to support and encourage your change process. I walk with you until you reconnect and embody that strength and spirit within you that has supported you to survive. You have survived! Now it's time to thrive and live your life fully.

Such a deep connection is created during our work, when the recovery is finished my clients want to stay as part of my community. They still enjoy participating in my events and keeping in touch through my Truth About Trauma TV, blog and emails.

I love that my business has grown through referrals because that means people loved my work so much they told someone they care for about me. And that means a lot. If there is someone you know that you feel would also benefit from connecting with me then I would love for you to tell them about my work.
