I know not everyone is ready to commit to a whole year of inner work such as my Journey Back Home Year-Long Program. That's why I created these bite-sized excursions with all the depth and transformation of my Journey Back Home work, distilled into focused, powerful sessions you can dive into right now. The excursions are short self-paced 1 hour long sessions designed to fit into the rhythm of your life.
In conversations with women in my practice and through your emails, I keep hearing the same longing: "I want to do this work, but I need it to be manageable. I need to go at my own pace." The Journey Back Home Excursions are my response to that call.
These aren't diluted versions of deeper work, they're focused explorations into the specific places where you feel most stuck or most ready to grow. Each Excursion takes you on a concentrated journey into one aspect you might be wanting to heal, such as comprehending how you keep attracting the same relationships, learning to feel safe saying no, or discovering what your authentic voice actually sounds like when it's not pleasing others.
Each Excursion is designed as a complete healing support experience you can return to whenever you need it. In one focused hour, we'll dive deep into a specific pattern or theme, then you'll have everything you need to continue the integration work at your own pace.
What I love about this format is how it honours both your need for depth and your reality as a woman with a full life. You can engage with the material during your commute, while taking a bath, or during those quiet moments when your nervous system is ready to receive. Some women listen to their Excursion multiple times over months, each time discovering new layers of meaning.
I'm planning on releasing one Excursion every 4-6 weeks, which means you can engage with exactly what's alive for you right now. Maybe boundaries are what's calling. Maybe it's time to comprehend why you carry everyone else's stuff. Maybe you're ready to explore what it feels like to take up space without apologising.
The beauty is in the focus and accessibility. Instead of trying to heal everything at once, you get to choose your entry point and dive deep. Real transformation happens not when we scatter our attention across all our wounds, but when we bring loving presence to one tender place at a time, and then have the tools to keep returning to that work.
