Quick Reset Sessions

Pay What You Can Service - 30 Minute Sessions to support you to stay on track

I have thought about how best I can use my skills and serve people during this current traumatic event. For anyone who doesn't know me, I'm a trauma therapist in private practice and my mission is to eliminate all UNnecessary trauma. To stay true to my mission I need to step up and make my offering to humanity. You can find my qualifications on the home page, just scroll down and you will find them.

The Quick Reset Sessions were created to give you support either in your personal life or business, and together we can figure out the best way to resource you as we work toward the next steps forward in your circumstances.

The sessions will be 30 minutes long and they are pay what you can, no questions asked. Any payment you make will not be able to be identified so it is completely anonymous. At this point in time these sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays with the possibility of more days if the need is there.

A Quick Reset Session will help if you feel any of these:
* Overwhelm;
* Move from survival brain to logical, thinking brain;
* Sleep disturbances ie: waking at 3am worrying about money;
* Anxiety or Panic;
* Worry or Toxic Worrying;
* Depression;
* Forced to work from home;
* Withdrawing or wanting to put your head in the sand;
* It's feeling all too hard;
* You have lost your job and have no idea what to do next;
* You are feeling hopeless and helpless; and
* You need space to verbalise what your are feeling.

Hope Amidst A Crisis

In the webinar I am sharing my views on what is happening regarding the trauma responses we are seeing with COVID-19 and what we can do to bring some balance back into ourselves and our world. When we understand something it loses it's power over us and it gives us the opportunity to choose what our next step will be.

During this crisis we risk not only losing people to the virus....also from suicide. Everything can be worked out. Where it becomes dangerous is when we try to do it on our own. Everything looks so much worse when we are in the thick of it on our own. There are many resources out there and more coming all the time. We will get through this together!
