Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, or coaching, which typically targets specific goals and outcomes, mentoring combines wisdom-sharing with practical guidance. As your mentor, I walk alongside you on your journey, offering insights while helping you access your inner wisdom. This approach creates a dynamic partnership where you're supported in recognising patterns, challenging beliefs, and implementing sustainable changes in your life.  Session Structure

You decide on the number of sessions you would like. Prior to our mentoring session you will have completed a reflection sheet which supports you to gain clarity around what you want to work on in the session. Linda will need this at least 24 hours prior to your session so she has time to read your submission. This is designed to make the most of our time together. Each session is one hour in duration. You can book a single session or a package with multiple sessions. You will be given the link for the reflection sheet when you purchase your package.

This additional investment to the Journey Back Home Program is offered for those who wish to deep dive into their healing and are determined to shift what is in their way of the life they desire. These sessions are an opportunity for you to relate the work we are doing to your personal situation.

Once you have decided that you want to use 1:1 Mentoring to enhance your Journey Back Home outcomes, you start by purchasing the number of sessions you want. Follow the steps below. Reminder: Prior to every session you will need to complete a Reflection Sheet which will prepare you well for what you wish to work through. This will support us to use our time together the most effectively.

Step 2: Schedule a time on Linda's Calendar

If you have purchased a 1:1 package that has more than one session, I suggest that you look at your calendar and see if you know when you are likely to want your sessions. Once you have done that please ensure you book on Linda's calendar to secure those dates and times.
