Our work together creates new neural pathways, enabling you to operate differently from old patterns. Through consistent practice and reflection, you'll accelerate your progress. Each session builds upon your experiences and insights, creating the momentum needed for lasting transformation.
As your dedicated mentor, I will support you throughout your journey, holding you accountable to our agreed-upon focus while challenging old patterns and ways of being. Together, we'll maintain your commitment to growth and transformation, ensuring you stay aligned with your intentions and aspirations.
You decide on the number of sessions you would like. Prior to our mentoring session you will have completed a reflection sheet which supports you to gain clarity around what you want to work on in the session. Linda will need this at least 24 hours prior to your session so she has time to read your submission. This is designed to make the most of our time together. Each session is one hour in duration. You can book a single session or a package with multiple sessions. You will be given the link for the reflection sheet when you purchase your package.
This additional investment to the Journey Back Home Program is offered for those who wish to deep dive into their healing and are determined to shift what is in their way of the life they desire. These sessions are an opportunity for you to relate the work we are doing to your personal situation.
There are many options. Some of you will like to plan well ahead and commit to regular sessions. Others are more likely to choose a session when they come across something that blocks them from their momentum. There's no right or wrong way. You choose what serves you best.
If you have purchased a 1:1 package that has more than one session, I suggest that you look at your calendar and see if you know when you are likely to want your sessions. Once you have done that please ensure you book on Linda's calendar to secure those dates and times.
Complete one of these sheets prior to each of your sessions at least a day prior to the session so Linda has time to
review what you have shared.
