As someone deeply passionate about recognising and resolving unhealed trauma, I am dedicated to supporting my clients in achieving their best possible outcomes. My approach to mentorship is rooted in a deep understanding of the impact of unresolved personal trauma, transgenerational trauma, and collective trauma. My style is personalised, compassionate and honest.

The Application Process

Our application process is straightforward and ensures you're ready to commit to the duration of your chosen package. It's not a test, but a way to make sure you're prepared for the journey ahead.

Why the Application?

This process helps clarify your goals and ensures the timeframe you've chosen supports those objectives. Many of us (including me) are great at starting projects but find it challenging to see them through, especially with life's distractions.

(These steps will give you valuable insights into areas that need your attention, helping you make the most of your mentoring sessions.)

You Choose the Length of Time We Work Together

I offer exclusive mentoring for a select group of up to twelve 1:1 clients. Once these slots are filled, the opportunity will be closed until a space becomes available. At that point, we will contact the next person on our waitlist and schedule an application call.

Session Details

- Duration: Each session is one hour.
- Frequency: Sessions are held weekly.
- Consistency: Most clients find it beneficial to have their sessions at the same time each week, establishing a consistent routine for their personal growth.
