As someone who is passionate about recognising and resolving unhealed trauma, I am committed to supporting those who work with me to achieve the best outcomes they can. My approach to mentorship is deeply rooted in my comprehension of trauma, transgenerational trauma and collective trauma, as well as meditation and yoga. It is personalised, compassionate, and sometimes straight to the point. I have shared more of my own story and background on the Home page - A Little About Me.

My offerings are here to share as a pathway to Freedom so you can live your life fully. I believe that you have all the answers you need within you, and my mentorship facilitates processes that help you see that and begin to truly connect deeply with who you truly are.

1. Personalised Support: Everyone's healing experience is unique to them. Your body, mind, and spirit unfurl and reconnect in the perfect way for you. I will show you how to work with your mind and body so that your heart and Soul can run your life. Between sessions, you have the opportunity to practice what we have worked on. The more you practice and the more you experience the processes we do, the more you will be able to embody the work. What effort you put in will make all the difference in the results you end up with.

2. Momentum: What really happens when you practice in between sessions is that you are starting to lay down a new neural pathway that will enable you to operate your life differently from the old patterning. The more practice you do, the more you accelerate your progress. Reflecting on situations in which you tried out what you are working on is also a very valuable tool to use and bring to the next session. This builds the momentum we need to have sustainable change in your life.

3. Sustainable Change Partner: As your partner in this part of your life journey, I will be there to support you, hold you accountable to our agreed-upon focus, challenge your old patterns and ways of being, and help you stay committed to what you said you want to achieve.

The Application Process

Yes, we do have an application process, and don't worry; it's not a test. The reason we have this application process in place is to make absolutely sure that you are ready and able to commit to the length of time of your preferred package you are considering.

It's also an opportunity to gain crystal clear clarity on what you want to use this precious time for and whether the timeframe you have decided on will support that goal. A lot of us can be really good at starting things, but completing them is more challenging. Life can be distracting!

Steps 1 and 2 will give you more insight into what needs your attention before you complete the application. Take your time with this whole process. You Choose the Length of Time We Work Together

There is space for me to work with twelve 1:1 clients in total. When we reach capacity, this opportunity is closed until a space becomes available. We then go to our waitlist, contact the next woman on the list, and we set up an application call.

​The sessions are one hour in duration and are scheduled weekly. Most clients find it supportive to schedule their sessions on the same day and time each week. It helps them get into a rhythm of carving out this special dedicated time for themselves.

​I believe in transparency, not hooking you in, so you may want to join only to find out that, financially, it is not going to work for you. What I'm looking for is whether we are a good fit to work together. You may look at the figures and decide totally on them, and I will leave that with you.

I don't know how many times I've thought I can't afford this, while inside of me, there is a knowing that I have to do it, and I somehow find a way to make it happen. If things are important enough and you are committed; usually, a way to make it happen becomes clear. I have had many coaches and many hours of supervision. I love having this support.

Cherokee Metaphor
