Our "Journey Back Home" signature program is where we spend the whole year together uncovering who we truly are and learning how to inhabit our bodies, liberate our minds, and live free from past patterns and ways of being that no longer serve us. Excursions

When you are keen to do your inner work and you find it challenging to make the time for long courses or training, this is the ideal option.

​These are short 1 hour recordings where Linda dives into a specific topic. Along with the video and audio recordings, there is a work booklet for your self-inquiry and exploration. They also include a somatic (body) practice to help integrate any shifts and changes that happen with the inner work you do.
