Inside the Journey Back Home Year Long Program

2025 Schedule

Commences 12 February and Finishes 3 December 2025

Foundation Phase (February - March)

Our journey begins on February 12th with Introduction and Connection, where we establish our sacred container and begin building the trust essential for deep transformation. In this first session, we'll explore the fundamentals of safety, meet our fellow travellers, and begin to comprehend the transformative journey ahead.

​On February 26th, we dedicate our time to Creating Your Intention for the year. This session helps you develop a clear, embodied vision for your transformation while establishing the resources and support needed for sustainable change.

​March brings us deeper into the EVOLVE process with our Evaluate core module on the 12th. Here, we'll explore current patterns with gentleness and wisdom, creating a baseline understanding of where we are in our journey. This exploration continues on March 26th with Self-Reflection, where we develop skills for deep listening and pattern recognition.

Exploration Phase (April - May)

April opens with an exploration of Emotions on April 19th, where we develop emotional literacy and safe expression. This foundation supports our April 23rd session on Intuition, where we begin reconnecting with our inner knowing and body wisdom.

​May 7th brings our first Progress Check-in, allowing us to connect with our progress and integration and adjust anything that needs it. Then we have our first Half-Day Online Retreat on May 18th, where we take some incredibly important time to rest and restore and strengthen community bonds.

​We conclude this phase with our Value core module on May 21st, acknowledging the strength it took for us to survive and honour our journey thus far.

Transformation Phase (June - July)

June begins with Receiving on the 4th, where we explore opening to support and building trust. This preparation supports our Open core module on June 18th, where we work with releasing old patterns and unearthing new possibilities.

​July 2nd focuses on Relationships, exploring connection patterns and communication tools. This flows into Self-Regulation on July 16th, where we develop sustainable practices for emotional balance. Our second Progress Check-in on July 30th helps us integrate these transformations and prepare for our next phase.

Integration Phase (August - September)

August introduces our Leave core module on August 13th, focusing on present moment awareness and release work. August 27's Accepting What Is session deepens this practice through radical acceptance and integration.

​September 10th explores Freedom, working with liberation practices and new possibilities. This leads to our View core module on September 24th, where we develop new perspectives on challenges and growth.

Embodiment Phase (October - December)

October 8th brings us to Meet Your Power & Find Your Rhythm, where we reclaim our authentic power and natural flow. Our second Half-Day Online Retreat on October 19th provides space for more rest and rejuvenation with the potential of deeper integration of the work so far and community connection.

​Our Experience core module on October 22nd helps us embody our transformation more fully. November 5's Return to Wholeness session supports integration of all we've learned, leading to Inner Peace & Inner Knowing on November 19th.

​Our journey culminates in our Celebration & Wrap-up on December 3rd, where we honour our transformation and set our intention moving forward.
